Come prepared for your collection and do not forget to take with you:
- Photo identification
- Valid health insurance information
- Credit, debit, or health savings card: You might be asked to preauthorize payment for any copayment or balance due after your insurance is billed.

We offer a full range of clinical laboratory tests. Our Team at BioGalax specializes in testing for COVID-19, STDs, UTIs, Monkeypox, Wound Care, Respiratory Panels, Men's and Women's Health. We are constantly adding new test types to our list of services.
If paying out of pocket, no physician order is needed.
BioGalax is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. But please pay attention that our Collection Locations have different schedule, see more details here.
Walk-ins are welcome but we strongly recommend making an appointment as appointments take priority over walk-ins. Book now
Most tests don't require fasting or other special preparations. For some tests, you may need to fast for a certain amount of time. Taking the right steps before testing helps ensure your results will be accurate.
